I was watching ESPN-U over lunch today and they were talking about the toughest conference in college football. My vote would have to be with the Big 12, with five teams (Oklahoma, Missouri, Kansas, Texas Tech, and Texas) with a shot at the national title. They were also talking about the SEC being up there - with two teams having a shot at the national championship.
Is the Big 12 the toughest conference in the NCAA this year?
