Sarah Pavan was recently named the Big 12 Conference Female Athlete of the Year. Congrats Sarah!!
This is the second time she has won this award. Sarah also won it during the 2006-2007 season.
I think Pavan has to be the best female athlete the University of Nebraska has had, well - possibly ever. (At least in my lifetime!) Anybody disagree? Has there been a more decorated female athlete at UNL??

She is an outstanding athlete and really put Husker Volleyball on the map nationally. We were pretty good before her, but with her on the team they exploded. We went to a game last year and were amazed by her presence on the floor. The crowd rocks when she steps on the floor.
