Nebrasketball....WHERE ARE THEY NOW?

So I went back and looked through the recent transfers under Miles and researched how they are performing. Heiman (South Dakota), Akenten (SE MO St) and Allen (NC St) are all sitting out this year. Evidently Amir Harris and Karrington Davis recieved waivers on their transfers and are playing.

Ed Morrow (Marquette)--His soph year here he played 23min and averaged 9pts and 8rebs per game. In search of being a "2 or 3 player" landed him at Marquette. Better team, but his stats are not great. Senior season he is playing 11min and  3pt/3reb per game.

Jeriah Horne (Tulsa)--Playing 26min/game. Averaging 11pts/6rebs per game. 42% from the field, 35% from 3pt land.

Michael Jacobson (ISU)--Last year 25min with an 11pt/6reb line. This season 24min with a 8pt/6reb line. Appears ISU has taken a step back this season.

Jordy Tshimanga (Dayton)--11min/game. 3pt/3reb

Jack McVeigh (AUS)--Currently with the Adelaide 36ers of the NBL in Australia. So likely getting paid? Plays 8min/game with a 3pt/2reb stat line.

Bakari Evelyn (IA)--Grad transfer to the Hawkeyes. plays 17min. 3pt/2reb/2asst.

Amir Harris (George Washington)--Plays 27min/game. 7pts/6rebs.

Karrington Davis (S. Illinois)--Never suited up for the Huskers. Bot playing 11min. 4pts/2 rebs.

Just interesting to me to follow. I think most felt Morrow leaving was kind of silly especially based on his expectations positionally. He was playing 23min per game and was a potential double-double guy if he could keep himself out of foul trouble. But he is closer to home and on a better team.

Horne was popular here as he was a solid shooter. That seems to have carried over to the Golden Hurricanes. Tulsa looking like a mid-pack AAC team this season as they were last year. His defense was atrocious and a pretty big liability in the B1G.

Jacobson enjoyed a fun year in 2018-19. Strong contributor to a 23-12 team that won the Big 12 tournament over KU. Was a #6 seed in the NCAA Tourney and was upset by #11 seed Ohio. Slight regression this year surrounded by a younger team.

The rest (outside of Harris and Davis who are young) seem to be mainly 3pt/3reb type players not making much of an impact. Hopefully Fred is able to upgrade talent and hold on to the best of it in the future. But transfers are going to be a gigantic part of the game for as long as anyone can see.
