It is more then a coach that is needed

After watching what I could of the games this year we need more then a new coach.

Yes that is the place to start but we need to get the players to really buy into the fact as to what NU football is all about. It is TEAM not one or two stars. We have never really been a team of stars. Yes a star will riase up but not at the cost of the team. We call them the black shirts why? Becuase they where a team. Yes there where good players who will stand out but they did not make very tackle. Can you name all the full backs that lead the way for our tailbacks? Why becuase they played as a team. The tailback would have no where to run with out the TEAM leading the way.

What I saw this last year was players trying to make a mark for themselves not the team. When they get that mind set not even Bob could turn them around.

Someone and I at this point dont know who needs to get the players to watch the old films and see what a TEAM can do.
