As everyone knows, Bowman gave up his blackshirt yesterday as a statement of his respect for the Husker "blackshirt". This says a lot about his unselfishness and team oriented mindset. He shouldn't have been the one to give it up though, as I see it. He was one of the top performers last saturday versus USC. Octavian should be able to keep his blackshirt, too. I don't think I'm the only one scratching my head after our loss to USC this past Saturday. Let's see here, what can we improve on......run defense maybe for starters? Was our defense coached to not tackle with all their heart against USC?

Yep, that's right. Will Ferrel (Anchorman, Talladega Nights, SNL) (oh, and also a USC graduate) and rapper Snoop Dogg are coming to town.

Insiders at the Embassy Suites in Lincoln have confirmed that Will Ferrell and Snoop Dogg have reservations there for
this weekend in Lincoln.
