Moving to Dallas area...

I can't speak from experience about the Dallas area, but you might want to check out the North Texas Nebraskans Alumni Chapter. You don't have to join UNL Alumni if you don't want to, you can join their Chapter twenty/individual thirty/household dues. I looked at their chapter online earlier in the year and posted their information. Sounds like they have three different watch parties going on in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Area at different sports bars.

Check out their website, hopefully we can get another Husker Spot member to speak first hand about the watch parties they have up there. Dallas Metro, Houston, San Antonio, and Austin all have chapters you won't have trouble finding a place to watch games!

Join www.northtexasnebraskans.com It was the best thing we did when we moved to Texas. There is a large and active group that has watch parties at the Cape Buffalo Grille in Dallas (www.capebuffalogrille.net ) it might be hard to get in even 45 minutes before kickoff. We usually go to Papa G's in Watauga ( www.papagsportsbar.com ) need to get there early. Lot's of fun either place, especially to see the Texan fans get up and leave when the Nebraska game comes on most all of the screens. They start to cuss a little when the places start turning RED. I've never been to the third one in Addison but I'm sure you'll have a good time there too.
