The Media at the big 12 Media days

As I was reading all of the big 12 media day on the big 12 sports .com  they keep an archive of all the teams quotes I found that the Media it self still lack respect for the big Red. specially those that are in the pockets of Texas. Here is a prime example of what I mean.(Q. There's a rumor that you guys have
a football game somewhere up in the Nebraska
area this year. Have you heard anything about
that? Do you plan to go to Lincoln sometime
this year?
COACH BROWN: I haven't looked down
the schedule.

    Ya that schmuck obviously hasn't been to a Nebraska game or he would show a little respect. He's just another typical Texas fan.

    If that quote came from a coach cut from the mold of Spurrier, Neuheisal, or Carroll there would be a big deal. Fact is, Mac Brown for the most part has been a respectable coach dating back to his days at UNC. He was asked on ESPN about the "Red Around the World" video and he played it even keel there stating it was no big deal. Just Mac shooting down a wannabe big shot reporter who was hoping to get a headline.
