In retrospect it seems to make sense. Getting everyone to buy in, new system, horrible schedule, mistakes, defense not having enough playmakers. Then of course new coach, lot's of self applied pressure. Humbling beginning. But Frost stayed the course and thank God the Husker fans and boom, scoring explosion. Adrian is a special guy. Get's a cheap shot by Colorado, misses a game. No complaining and the 18 year old, with the steely eyes of a veteran gets it done. Adrian has the look and sound of a guy who's headed for a NC before he's done IMHO. As some have said could have been the best way to build the foundation. OSU, I'm betting they are going to be a bit nervous. Adrian can be counted on and with some breaks and somehow an improved defense it's doable Huskers. Now wouldn't that be a story, we go 0 and 6, then 3 straight wins and one against OSU. Could we win out? Just maybe but it's possible.
