  • Can't view the link Nish.  Waste of time to post links to LJS.

  • Former Nebraska defensive end Grant Wistrom spoke to the team Thursday about what it takes to win a national title. Sounds like the talk went over well.

“The whole reason he played the way that he did, 100 mph, 24 hours a day, seven days a week — it didn’t matter, he was all about doing everything that he could for his teammates,” tight end Ben Cotton said. “It wasn’t for the fans. It wasn’t to impress the media. It wasn’t to get to the NFL. It wasn’t for anyone else but his teammates and his family. He wanted to make them proud. He wanted to give every ounce of energy he possibly could.”

    • Lots of motivation in that speech.  And lots of energy coming from the Seniors.  Can they keep it when think start to go downhill.  And they will for sure.

Can they grab the bootstraps and get back up?

We are about to find out.

  • Mucho confidenxce in the room this morning.
maybe even a bit of swagger.  I been saying all summer that Bo is showing it.  Now the players are as well.

I know the naysayers will say we don't have the talent and that talk is cheap but attitude and confidence in what one is doing will carry you a long ways.

Don't turn your back on these guys just yet.
