Nebraska Volleyball - setter Holloway has left the team
Nebraska setter Rachel Holloway has left the team to attend college closer to her family in Tennessee.
Ouch!
She was a great setter - In 2007, Holloway averaged 13.58 assists per game to rank ninth nationally. Now the Huskers will be returning three starters.

How do you think this will affect the 2008 team? John Cook has been quoted as saying how much the volleyball team is like a family, and can recover and adapt to new situations. Can the volleyball team recover from this - still be in the running for a national title?

John Cook is a former National Champion Coach. You cannot get to that level without knowing things. He was great before Holloway and he will be great after her. Yes, we will miss her, but some of the greatest volleyball coaches understand that players leave (such as Pavan). Coaches have to adapt and Cook will rise again. National Title? Yes.
